AR Research Analyst

Houston, Texas

Work closely with operations, billing, and customers to identify and determine resolution to clear debt. The role requires detailed reconciliation of accounts and at time need to work with the cash application team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (The below listed duties are not all inclusive. This position must also perform other duties as assigned.):

  • Manage collections for key accounts.
  • Prepare and send demand letters and write off request.
  • Backup to New Client Setup.
  • Monitor AR/Collection Inbox
  • Excellent Organization Skills for collections and research
  • Attention to detail-accuracy of data management is a must.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) accounting experience a plus
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to North Houston
  • Ability to work full-time regular office hours with flexibility to work some overtime

  • Share Point experience (Preferred)
