Database Administrator Consultant(6-9 Month Assignment)

Diligent Delivery Systems is a nationwide logistics leader providing dedicated fleet-outsourcing, hot shot delivery and many other logistics and courier services.

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator Consultant for a 6-9 month assignment. With our continued growth, the position has the potential to become full-time.

The Ideal consultant/contractor will possess:

  • Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience
  • CXT, DataTrac and/or AS400 systems experience
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security and integrity
  • Familiarity with database queries (SQL)
  • Experience with Data Migration and Systems Integration
  • API or EDI programming language experience
  • Experience with database design and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas in simple terms to members of all organizational levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or in lieu of degree at least 5 years’ equivalent experience

Salary: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

  • 8-hour shift
