We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ applicable facilities management experience, preferably with experience in warehouse facility management, and wants to join a growing company with the chance to help us achieve successful operations of our facilities as we continue to grow our nationwide logistics and supply chain services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of facility maintenance, repairs, renovations, and upgrades under the direction of our National Facilities Director.
  • Identify and prioritize facility improvement needs and develop long-term plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for facility-related projects and services.
  • Understanding of procurement processes to include financial considerations, deadlines and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility-related expenses, maintenance history and security incidents.
  • Provide weekly status updates on facility operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, proven experience in facility
  • management roles. HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a facility management role.
  • Previous procurement experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Sense of urgency, dependability, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and other team members.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
  • Must possess the following skills: strategic planning, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and project management.
  • Self-motivated who can effectively work independently without supervision and produce results.
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • May direct and lead the work of others.
  • Physical demands: frequently required to stand and walk, as well as to lift, carry or push objects such as boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
