Diligent Acquires Mercury Delivery Services

On February 3, 2015 Diligent acquired Mercury Delivery Services, a hot shot / courier business that was founded in the 1960’s.  For over 50 years Mercury has provided on-demand delivery for hundreds of customers throughout Houston and southeast Texas.  Operating in The Woodlands, Texas, Mercury has been merged into Diligent’s Houston Freight & Hot Shot division.  Mercury’s customers benefit from having access to Diligent’s full spectrum of logistics services, including hot shot / courier, LTL freight, FTL freight, air freight and dedicated fleet outsourcing.  Diligent has locations nationwide and services customers across the U.S.
