Diligent's 2016 National Meeting

Diligent Delivery Systems, a Nationwide Transportation and Logistics Service provider, hosted its National Meeting on March 3rd-6th. We met at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport Marriott Hotel in Houston, Texas.

More than 100 staff members from across the country were flown in to attend the 2016 conference. The organization gathers senior sales and operations staff to introduce new services and modern technologies. Our national meetings also feature advanced support programs designed for sales and service.

The National Meeting was kicked-off with a social event and award ceremony, recognizing a top driver associate of the year, Barbara Rosinsky. Barbara was awarded for her outstanding dedication and performance. The next morning, guest speaker Mr. Jim Bearden captivated the audience with his upbeat “Unleashing the Heroes In Your Midst” presentation and leadership insight.

Diligent’s Chief Executive Officer, Larry Browne, and other executive management members followed Mr. Bearden’s appearance. They also presented fascinating leadership accomplishments, strategic arrangements, and goals for the upcoming year and beyond. Mr. Browne emphasized the importance of the national team’s success and reiterated the “client-first” mentality by raising the levels of awareness and accountability from departments and employees. Delivering a higher quality customer service experience results in loyal and happy customers. As such, Diligent constantly promotes these genuine attributes and they are truly a “client-first” company.

On the last day of the meeting, we concluded with a social event at the Woodlands Resort and Conference Center. Diligent Delivery Systems continues to push new heights by being one of the most productive and skillful organizations in the Transportation and Logistics Industry.

Overall, the 2016 National Meeting was a great success full of impressive content. Managers met, shared ideas, streamlined processes, and established meaningful relationships. Attendees also received a glimpse of what’s to come next from Diligent Delivery Systems, “YOUR TOTAL DELIVERY SOLUTION”.
